ok school was as usual..... haiz..... nothing seem interesting....... haiz........
went back to unit for a few days........ althought i planned the NDP(parade) for my unit, it was sort of screwed up by someone la..... haiz..... change parts of my idea..... haiz..... wonder when will he just let go n let this newbie try out??? haiz.....friday was really a fun day for me, went back to unit where onli me there.... haha.... i runed the unit my way for that day... haha... all cadets feel as if they were treated better le.... n conclude that it's more of learning rather than a scolding/punishment period..... haha..... i totally throw the tasks to the ncos, i were there just to recap with them n teach them ways to improve their MOI..... haha.... n i think if the NCOs were given the chance to teach, they won't be so unattentive n all... haiz..... hope i can do something for them ba...... did a debrief with them after training, but instead of me talking all the time, i let them do it..... i will just be a participant n guide them in doing a debrief..... haha... hope the cadets would more than willing to come for trainings next time.. hha..... but of coz...... they know i know.... with some around, they would reconsider..... haiz...... hope the population increase ba.......
