ok, this week is kinda packed compaired to the previous few weeks.
Still pondering if i should leave SPCC, Singapore Polythenic Canoeing Club, the training days are tues, thurs, sat and sunday when there's no competitions, if there is, it will be like almost everyday......... can someone pls give me guidance... thankz.... paid S$5 for the club fund le, went for couple of trainings le.... not tt attached to those ppl there yet.....
ok, went for an interview on wed for a position in SP NPCC's exco... i dono y mine interview seem much longer than jian boon's and jason's... haha.... maybe i talk alot of crap ba.... haha... but the interviewers are laughing most of the time.. haha.. and i found out tt my mdm, she is the adviser of the club... haha... she is now working as a prison officer... as wad jaswant told me yesterday... haha.... n u know wad, i was appointed as the project coordinator in the exco....haha....:P
had our class's first outing on thursday, it was actually planned to be at PS watching the movie fantastic 4, but in the end, some refuses to go to there n kept pursuing ppl to agree with them to change a location for our outing, i was kinda pissed off at the moment... but nvm la... sure have other outing de ba.. i HOPE.... hope won't be like this one le ba... we went to SPGG in the end, some went to play pool, some at the bowling alley..... it's not like a class outing to me la... so i kinda pissed.... haiz... dun tok about it le la.... have to be with them for the next 3 or so years de leh..... haiz......
ok, yesterday i went down to HQ just to buy one drill cane.... haha... it cost 30 actually, but as i m in NPCC CI t-shirt, he charged me 28.. haha....so happy:P, then i went roaming around the store, haha.... kinda like the wind breaker there.... but the colour... haiz... haha..... the newbalance sport shoes also quite nice but i dun like the colours..... hha... i very ma fan right.... haha...then waited at the bus stop next to the express way for Si Ming, Cat high's HO, we then went to TPY to have lunch together...... haha..... talked alot... mostly about NPCC and our primary school, Ai Tong School, haha.....
then after lunch i went down to school, sat in the NP room till the cadets came by... haha... kinda moody yesterday, as my SIs are going off le..... i have to train the new batch of NCOs up le.... haiz.... yesterday, there were 5 CIs present including me...... I found myself dangling there, sort of no job for me to do..... therefore i snatch the sec 1 over to one side to RE-TEACH them the basic drills again, their drills i really no eyes to see..... even my sec 2 n 3s, but i dun have a chance to take them..... haiz.... next week training change to sat, the re-promotion test postpone to 29, haiz.. then today's CI meeting also postpone.... haiz.... i want to set the drill test papers ASAP leh, when i mention to one WCI, the onli WCI in my unit la, she say i m not the onli CI there, then i aga ga can know her meaning le loh, haiz... then she say meeting then discuss on it... haiz.... i think i just have to start myself, then during the meet(if there's one) i show/propose to them ba.... haiz.....ít's really saddening for me k..... haiz... r they for the growth of the unit or just come for fun???? haiz....
i can say tt he POP is totally WRONGLY PLANNED or MESSED UP BY THEM..... i have to ask 7 or 8 times before i can know wad's planning like for tt day..... they still dare ask me if they can have rehersal yesterday as they DON'T HAVE RESERSAL for TT..... tt really pissed me off..... i didn't lose my temper.... i just ask tt person to think about it n give me an ans..... but till the end of the day, i receive no ans... i really utterly disappointed by all NCOs, be it Ex NCOs or present NCOs... really nothing to say about them la.. it's a total disgust to me la..... hope i see a change in them........ seriously, went OC mentioned about opening the application of CIBTC to ALL of them, my heart shattered.... they do not even have the basic discipline in the unit... how can they be sent to HQ to represent MSS NPCC for the CIBTC...... i dun wan them to be like me, i know i m a total freak of NPCC, i just wan them to have at least the basic..... if i were to put PICARD on them, they have NOTHING there..... absolutely NOTHING, maybe the SIs have some,..... but haiz..... shalln't talk about it le ba........hope they could reflect
Ok, MSS NPCC gt 5 CIs including me, 1 CI to 1 level, there will be 2 CIs left aside..... 1 CI loves to walk around to observe, but not me k...... i was totally left aside....... but luckly i manage to snatch sec 1s over.... Sir Chee Keong came down for POP, quite happy to have him there i can say..........
