ok, tuesday n wednesday, SP NPCC duty for graduation ceremony... quite fun... haha..... SP gt 2 different colour ties, the design quite ugly..... haha...... quite tiring la.....
wed afternoon, i went back unit, to meet myNCOs who are involved in their school NDP .... their drills n all till can make it la.... haha.... just wonder the actual day they can maintain or improve their standards anot.....there are more trainings going on la..... haiz.....
thursday afternoon, i went back to unit for NDP rehersal, expected all the UGs to send their flag bearers and state flag holders down on that day, but too bad, onli NP n NC ppl came down, GG came down upon request by my OC..... quite shitty as i could say la..... haiz....... the NCOs who were not involved in NDP, were taking thier theory paper for their sgt test..... that night, i marked their papers, onli about 30% passed.....haiz
friday morning, i went to do CIP at Geylang East Home For The Aged again.... haha.... so fun, painted the fans in there.... haha.... chat alot, and all... haha..... good job guys, haha....... then after that, i rushed down to unit.. for NDP rehersal and promotion test for the rest,...... the rehersal was quite well done.... haha.....but some thing cock up later in the day la..... haiz........ after that i went for my class BBQ...... drank quite abit there.....haha...... really had fun with u guys there..... hahaa.......
yesterday morning i was late.... haha..... but nvm la.... hha.... the SPF-NPCC ceremony is really a memorable one.... haha.... hope one day i can see my own cadets up there receiving the award.............then after the ceremony, i went to meet Sir CK to mark the promotion test papers... haha.....he siad i marked the papers too strictly le... haha.... n i found LOTSA funny answers.... hha... but overall, quite ok la... haha.... the cadets should be glad tt the papers aren't onli marked by me.... haha...

Today my Character Development Group went to Geylang East Home For The Aged to do CIP.... haha...... so fun, da lun n kok siang was LATE......... we went to the office area at first, cleaned all the shutter doors and windows.. even the glass pannel of the notice board there..... haha...... so fun lo..... after that we went to the residental area of the home to do some cleaning, we cleaned the window and clean the dusty fans there...... imagine when u sweep a cloth across the blade of a fan then u dump the piece of cloth into a clear bucket of water..... n the water turn BLACK immediately...... see..... how dirty it was......chat with some of the elderly there too.... haha..... they ask if we do house work at home.... haha... i dare not reply.... as i do not actually do house work de..... haha......
after tt, i went back to unit hoping to find my OC there, but he wasn't.....haiz..... then i nothing to do le..... therefore i went down to meet KX, SY and MW...... haha..... they study while i do the promotion test papers..... hah.... for SGT paper, i did it in onli 30 mins... while i give my cadets 1.5 hr.......haha...... hope they do well ba...... haha......

HAHA, the promotion test papers were accepted by th rest of the CIs, n NDP thingy settled, everything is amost done... haha.... chat alot, they told me the area's situation now n past... grandmother stories la... haha... had dinner together at PP..... haha.... great time with them.... haha......
Today went bugis with mum, gt my new wallet..... PLS NOTE!!!... BILLABONG WALLETS DO NOT LAST!!!!!..... i used it for onli about 4 months, spoil liao.... haiz...... CIP tml.... maybe i will go down unit if my CIP ends early.... haha.....:P.... my heart is with my unit le.... a very very very very strong bond le..... pls dun separate me from my unit.... pls HQ..... Haha i m here again.... haha.... yesterday afternoon, i have finished all the promotion test papers le with the help of HO n manuals.... haha..... Ok, this entry would be all about CI duties as wad the title states... haha
yesterday i went back to unit for Range duty for sec 2 try out shoot, it was still toa payoh range, i was the onli CI there, lol...then i was asked by the FIs to go to the air-con room there to put the correct no. of bullets into each tray for the whole day there... haha....at the end of the day, my fingers turn yellowish, i think is due to the effect of the combination of my pespiration with lead, which was the material of the bullet head, 130++ cadets shooting, meaning about 1600 bullets went through my hands.. haha... at the end of the day, OC, HO, TO, AC and CI were given a chance to shoot..... haha.... all TO, HO, OC and AC were given 18 rounds, but i myself took 48 rounds..... haha.... :P, i shoot until the paper gt 1 hole there... haha...... :P..... so happy.... then after range duty, went to have dinner at TPY interchange, YW, YD and joey watch me eat..... haiz..... say wanna pei me eat de..... in the end onli watch me eat..... haiz.....
OK, just now i went for National Heritage Tour duty at suntec, it was fun.... haha..... see cadets from all 8 UGs in singapore and Singapore Youth Flying Club (SYFC), all gathering together for the event.. haha... there was a performance given at the end of the event by NPCC and Red Cross Youth (Singapore)....... NPCC cadets from dunman secondary performed fancy drill(rifle), it's really nice... good coordination and all... well done cadets.... haha... Red Cross Youth (Singapore) gals, they performed a dance...... haha.... quite nice la.... but just tt i dun get wad they trying to convey in their dance..... haha....
from 25th of june till now, i have clocked 18 HQ hours for my probational period.... haha.... i wan to clear my probation period ASAP..... muuhhaahahahahahaha.... have yet to receive my unit posting and therefore i can't clock my 42 unit hours.... haha.....

HAHA, paper was quite different from the past paper today, APPLIED HEAT PAPER, but ENGINEERING DRAWING PAPER on monday was ok as both the drawings we did b4 de..... haha...
Today i went back to unit, as sayedah said tt she couldn't make it down for the dry shoot for sec 2s, haha... then i pia cab down from school straight after my paper, the time isn't up for me to hand in, but i made a choice to hand in straight after i finish checking... n it was already 2... i suppose to be in unit by 230....... spent S$10 on cab... rushed to GNPC(geylang Neighbourhood Police Centre)...... i manage to teach joey until she can really shoot well, not shivering much, and her stance was good... she gt the 2 pressures too... tt was real good as most of them can't get the 2 pressures right.... haha.... but in all... i think everyone did fairly well... but there are some exceptions... they did better, as i spent more time on them....haha... the y were split into 3 groups.... i rotate myself around the 3 groups, Sir Akram did tt too...but i stay with one particular group for a longer period of time as there were 2 left handers there, one of them is joey... really proud of her... haha......the procedures have changed.... haiz.... not like wad i went through as a cadet last time.... haha.....see, how old i m now... haha... ***hint hint hint***
then went back to NP room, tested those who were in the NP room, the NCOs, asked them to shout commands and do some drills, haha....as i wanted to see who is suitable to become PC, CC and P2IC for my school's National Day parade, although a SSGT already choose without us(CIs) knowing it, but they wanted me to give them a chance..... i really think for their re-promotion test, theory should stand a higher percentage than practical, cause i think their DM(drill movement), MOI(method of instructions) and CC(clarity of command), really can't make it la.... haha.... but they still insist tt practical should stand a higher percentage when i did a AAR with them.... haha..... after all that, i had a TCS with them all they way till like 6, i really tired le.... then depart them le.... haha........

Ok, this week really slack..... haha....skip lessons, nono, should rephrase, choose not to attend some lessons, haha..... like applied heat lesson..... haha..... this week is actually a revision week... haha.... tt's y so slack... haha
ok, i'll just blog those not so frequent things la.... haha.... i'll start with tanning yesterday...... IT WAS BAD!!!! when i leave my house, it's like still sunny and the sun is relative scorching, but when i reach the pool at TPY, dark clouds came by, inertially block off some sun light for short period of time, then i didn't put on sun tanning lotion lo, went to swim at the adult pool instead... ok i know i can't swim well but at least i finish a few laps at once with free style.... haha......then went up to tann for awhile when the stupid dark clouds aren't blocking off the nice hot sun... haha.... after tt it begun to rain..... then i just go off lo, went to simlim to get CDR and my MMC mobile, spent about $100 there lo... haiz..... sad.....spent so much... haiz.... then immediately when i reach home, i change n update my new mmc card, then went to bed le... slept from 3 till about 9pm.... haha
ok, when i wake up, ate dinner and then i stayed up all night, as i was afraid that i will oversleep the next morning as i have to reach CCK by 6am as soon keng is picking me up n lead me to PJC.... haha.......in the end i reach CCK at 545am, n he's like taking his own sweet time... haha....but i reached PJC before 630.... haha.... then do duty lo.... haiz..... the officials treat us like pig sia.... so many breaks and meals or tea breaks..... haha... then my duty very easy la.... haha.... road marshell... haha...... lotsa fun there.. haha... clocked 8hrs hq duty today.... haha.... so happy... ahha... the P infornt of CI is going to be off soon...... haha........ didn't do much today..... haha....... came home straight n i went straight to bed le.... haha...........

ok, this week is kinda packed compaired to the previous few weeks.
Still pondering if i should leave SPCC, Singapore Polythenic Canoeing Club, the training days are tues, thurs, sat and sunday when there's no competitions, if there is, it will be like almost everyday......... can someone pls give me guidance... thankz.... paid S$5 for the club fund le, went for couple of trainings le.... not tt attached to those ppl there yet.....
ok, went for an interview on wed for a position in SP NPCC's exco... i dono y mine interview seem much longer than jian boon's and jason's... haha.... maybe i talk alot of crap ba.... haha... but the interviewers are laughing most of the time.. haha.. and i found out tt my mdm, she is the adviser of the club... haha... she is now working as a prison officer... as wad jaswant told me yesterday... haha.... n u know wad, i was appointed as the project coordinator in the exco....haha....:P
had our class's first outing on thursday, it was actually planned to be at PS watching the movie fantastic 4, but in the end, some refuses to go to there n kept pursuing ppl to agree with them to change a location for our outing, i was kinda pissed off at the moment... but nvm la... sure have other outing de ba.. i HOPE.... hope won't be like this one le ba... we went to SPGG in the end, some went to play pool, some at the bowling alley..... it's not like a class outing to me la... so i kinda pissed.... haiz... dun tok about it le la.... have to be with them for the next 3 or so years de leh..... haiz......
ok, yesterday i went down to HQ just to buy one drill cane.... haha... it cost 30 actually, but as i m in NPCC CI t-shirt, he charged me 28.. haha....so happy:P, then i went roaming around the store, haha.... kinda like the wind breaker there.... but the colour... haiz... haha..... the newbalance sport shoes also quite nice but i dun like the colours..... hha... i very ma fan right.... haha...then waited at the bus stop next to the express way for Si Ming, Cat high's HO, we then went to TPY to have lunch together...... haha..... talked alot... mostly about NPCC and our primary school, Ai Tong School, haha.....
then after lunch i went down to school, sat in the NP room till the cadets came by... haha... kinda moody yesterday, as my SIs are going off le..... i have to train the new batch of NCOs up le.... haiz.... yesterday, there were 5 CIs present including me...... I found myself dangling there, sort of no job for me to do..... therefore i snatch the sec 1 over to one side to RE-TEACH them the basic drills again, their drills i really no eyes to see..... even my sec 2 n 3s, but i dun have a chance to take them..... haiz.... next week training change to sat, the re-promotion test postpone to 29, haiz.. then today's CI meeting also postpone.... haiz.... i want to set the drill test papers ASAP leh, when i mention to one WCI, the onli WCI in my unit la, she say i m not the onli CI there, then i aga ga can know her meaning le loh, haiz... then she say meeting then discuss on it... haiz.... i think i just have to start myself, then during the meet(if there's one) i show/propose to them ba.... haiz.....ít's really saddening for me k..... haiz... r they for the growth of the unit or just come for fun???? haiz....
i can say tt he POP is totally WRONGLY PLANNED or MESSED UP BY THEM..... i have to ask 7 or 8 times before i can know wad's planning like for tt day..... they still dare ask me if they can have rehersal yesterday as they DON'T HAVE RESERSAL for TT..... tt really pissed me off..... i didn't lose my temper.... i just ask tt person to think about it n give me an ans..... but till the end of the day, i receive no ans... i really utterly disappointed by all NCOs, be it Ex NCOs or present NCOs... really nothing to say about them la.. it's a total disgust to me la..... hope i see a change in them........ seriously, went OC mentioned about opening the application of CIBTC to ALL of them, my heart shattered.... they do not even have the basic discipline in the unit... how can they be sent to HQ to represent MSS NPCC for the CIBTC...... i dun wan them to be like me, i know i m a total freak of NPCC, i just wan them to have at least the basic..... if i were to put PICARD on them, they have NOTHING there..... absolutely NOTHING, maybe the SIs have some,..... but haiz..... shalln't talk about it le ba........hope they could reflect
Ok, MSS NPCC gt 5 CIs including me, 1 CI to 1 level, there will be 2 CIs left aside..... 1 CI loves to walk around to observe, but not me k...... i was totally left aside....... but luckly i manage to snatch sec 1s over.... Sir Chee Keong came down for POP, quite happy to have him there i can say..........

ok, it has been a week since i updated... i think i would update at least weekly ba... i hope.. haha... if u realise, last time my entries are colourful but recently i m so lazy that i dun change the colours anymore...
ok this whole week quite pack la..... haha... lessons end quite late for this week... CI hood begin last week, this week i started to go for duty and stuffs lo.... haha,..... to clock hours to clear my probation period, i signed up for some HQ level duties... eg. .22 revolver competition and national heritage tour duty..... haha... will cover about those 2 in the later part of my entry...
ok, this week i spend most of my break time in the library, doing project, replying to mails Hq sent out, applying for duty and most importantly, play games..... haha... life in poly is so slack lo.... haiz...... so bored.... haha..
this week gt a shipyard visit.... haha.. it was really a great time for us.... haha..... now i know, ship's hull isn't sharp.... it's flat.... then the bow of the ship also isn't sharp, the top part is sharp but the bottom gt a large ball shaped thingy there....haha.. forget wad is it call... haha.. then know alot about the future job we will most probably get... haha
i went back to unit on friday which was yesterday, although i didn't stay long in the unit due to my range duty, the unit has slag alot compaired to the time before i left np... feel sad.... but i can say i would try my best to bring it up la.... i onli saw the standard of sec 1s la.... not yet touch sec 2 n 3..... haha.....Oc gave me a task le.. haha..... prepare promotion test for all level..... haha.....went for .22 revolver competition range duty.... haha.. all the cadets from area 12 dono how to shoot de.... haiz...... hope they get into finals la... haha. i HOPE.....haha.. at the end of the duty.... we, CIs were given a chance to shoot... i shot 24 rounds and scored onli 146.... haiz... hope i can go for .38 revolver competition..... haha... then have to return to HQ to be dismissed.... haha.....
today morning went for National Heritage Tour briefing.... so many CIs who signed up didn't turn up ... haiz... wad r they thinking..... irritating ppl.... haiz......i m a station master.... haiz.... my group all NPCC de..... y not a mixture...... haiz..... then after the briefing, went t orchard with jared, yi xian, syaiful and wei chang...... we went far east eat then went to cine to play pool, then went seperate ways le.... haiz.....
then i went out with my mum n bro, collect my phone at wisma..... then went to suntec to get his new phone, 6680.... same phone with my mum..... crap right...... haha........
